1. Introduction
Terabox Downloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Important Notice
Terabox Downloader does not host any files. We provide a service that allows users to download publicly shared files from Terabox cloud storage. All files are hosted on Terabox servers, not on our servers. If you believe your copyrighted content is being shared on Terabox, you should also contact Terabox directly.
2. How Our Service Works
Our Terabox downloader service:
- Does not store, host, or cache any user files
- Acts only as an intermediary to fetch publicly available files from Terabox
- Does not modify or alter the original content
- Provides download links that point directly to Terabox servers
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our copyright agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located, including the specific URL(s) or other details sufficient to enable us to locate the material.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
